The smooth transition from high school mathematics to university mathematics should not solely rely on remedial teaching in the initial stage of university. High school mathematics teachers can effectively promote a better connection between high school and university mathematics by leveraging high school mathematics. This article explores a universal embedded model for the connection between high school and university mathematics. Based on real problems in high school mathematics teaching, it collaborates with university mathematics teachers to develop high school-university connection lessons. Taking the outer product of vectors as an example, it goes through the stages of preliminary preparation, development design, teaching implementation, and evaluation feedback, and constructs a general path for high school mathematics teachers to develop high school-university connection lessons. This provides a research foundation for integrating higher mathematics thinking into high school mathematics teaching.References
