Against the backdrop of China's national education digitalization strategy and the political imperative to consolidate the sense of community for the Chinese nation (SCCN) as the main line of the Party's ethnic work in the new era, this paper investigates how digital-intelligence-the deep fusion of digitalization and intelligentization-can empower curriculum-based ideological and political education (CIPE) in college foreign language education. Adopting a theoretical-analytical approach and drawing on socio-cultural theory, synergy theory, and systems theory, the paper first clarifies the conceptual triad of digital-intelligence empowerment, foreign language CIPE, and SCCN. It then elaborates a four-dimensional theoretical logic-political, value, technological, and disciplinary-generative-which explains why the convergence of the three domains is historically necessary, value-justified, technologically feasible, and educationally generative. On this basis, the paper constructs an integrated mechanism framework comprising a goal layer anchored in the "Five Identifications," a driving mechanism integrating policy, technology, and subject agency; an operating mechanism spanning content supply, process reconfiguration, subject collaboration, and evaluation feedback; and a safeguard mechanism covering institutional norms, teacher digital identity, and data governance underpinned by value alignment. Finally, the paper reflects on the potential risks of digital-intelligence empowerment-narrative sinking, cognitive bias, technological dependence, data deviance, and memory iteration-and argues that value alignment and human-machine collaborative governance constitute the meta-prerequisites for the mechanism to function. The proposed framework serves as a theoretical reference for research and reform in foreign language CIPE in the digital-intelligence era.References
