This article reviews innovative management approaches in construction engineering, focusing on case studies from 2022. The increasing complexity of construction projects necessitates the adoption of novel strategies to address challenges related to cost control, project timelines, and sustainability. The paper examines key advancements in lean construction management, Building Information Modeling (BIM) integration, and agile project management. Additionally, it discusses the impact of digital transformation, including the use of IoT and AI, on improving project efficiency and safety. Through an analysis of successful implementations and ongoing challenges, this review highlights the importance of continuous innovation in the construction sector. The findings indicate that embracing these innovative practices is crucial for adapting to evolving industry demands and achieving sustainable growth in the future.
