Three-Dimensional Immersion and Systematic Construction: A Practical Framework for Music-Based Aesthetic Education in Contemporary Higher Vocational Education

Amid ongoing quality improvement initiatives for China's vocational education system, talent training modes centered on professional competence and practical utility have long marginalized aesthetic teaching practices in higher vocational institutions. Excessive emphasis on technical skill training at the cost of aesthetic and humanistic cultivation has left vocational students lacking sufficient artistic literacy, making it difficult to meet the talent requirements of modern high-end industries that prioritize comprehensive quality and professional craftsmanship. The insufficient artistic appeal and humanistic connotation of domestic industrial products and social services are fundamentally attributed to the absence of standardized aesthetic training for front-line technical practitioners. To address typical bottlenecks in vocational aesthetic education, including single teaching carriers, scattered educational penetration, and shallow integration with professional courses, this study develops a holistic three-dimensional training framework covering situational immersion, behavioral internalization, and disciplinary integration based on the unique traits of vocational education. By exploring the implicit educational value of auditory environmental nurturing, iterative aesthetic shaping through regular musical activities, and targeted curriculum docking for different majors, this paper expounds the collaborative operating mechanism of multi-dimensional aesthetic training and constructs a fully applicable, full-scenario aesthetic education system for vocational campuses. This research offsets the prevalent research bias in vocational aesthetic education, where visual art teaching is overemphasized while auditory aesthetic cultivation and all-round situational immersion are neglected. It enriches localized theoretical achievements in vocational aesthetic pedagogy and provides practical reform ideas for vocational colleges to optimize aesthetic teaching systems and cultivate high-quality technical talents with both professional proficiency and moral attainment.References
