As a transformative advance, nanoparticle-intermediate drug delivery systems have egress for master the challenge put by the blood-brain barrier (BBB). This reappraisal search the historic development, core mechanisms, thereby and advancements in nanoparticle-based scheme for have therapeutic agent to the mentality. Emphasis is identify on the design principles. Material properties, and target methodology that enhance BBB permeability.
