Research Progress on the Diagnosis and Treatment of Perianal Eczema with Traditional Chinese Medicine

Perianal eczema is a highly prevalent skin disorder that can affect individuals of all ages. Its core characteristics include persistent perianal skin itching, patchy erythema, papular lesions, and moist and exudative lesions. Clinically, antihistamines and glucocorticoid preparations are mainly used for treatment, but long-term use can lead to various side effects. This article systematically reviews recent clinical research related to perianal eczema, aiming to provide a theoretical basis for individualized and diversified clinical diagnosis and treatment plans, and effectively alleviate patients' pain and distress.References
