Postoperative purulent wounds remain one of the most common complications of surgical interventions, increasing the length of hospital stay, treatment costs, and the risk of severe infectious complications. One promising area of local therapy is the use of modern antiseptic hydrogels, which provide prolonged antimicrobial action, absorb wound exudate, and create an optimal moist environment for tissue repair.References
