Abstract

The practice of the educationalist spirit by rural teachers is a strategic necessity for consolidating the foundation of an educational power nation, an urgent requirement for cultivating talents for rural revitalization, a key measure for promoting the internal development of schools, and a source of motivation for enabling teachers' professional growth. The reason why rural teachers should practice the educationalist spirit lies in the theoretical logic that the ideals and beliefs in the educationalist spirit help rural teachers enhance the value credibility of actively rooting in the local area, the moral sentiments help rural teachers improve the moral effectiveness of consciously promoting moral education in the village, the educational wisdom helps rural teachers refine the educational precision of inspiring students and nurturing hearts, the farming attitude helps rural teachers explore the teaching depth of diligent rural learning and rural innovation, the benevolence helps rural teachers demonstrate the temperature of loyalty and self-sacrifice for the sake of teaching, and the pursuit of righteousness helps rural teachers extend the breadth of the realm of dedicated education for the villagers. Rural teachers should follow the path of "knowledge, emotion, will, and action" to make the educationalist spirit concrete, personified, meaningful, and contextualized.
