This paper examines business model transformation strategies for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) from a financial perspective. Through analyzing the financial challenges SMEs face and incorporating relevant data, it explores how financial factors influence business model transitions. Using empirical research methods, the study compares the effectiveness of SME transformations under different financial support frameworks and proposes targeted strategies. The findings aim to provide theoretical foundations and practical guidance for SMEs during their business model evolution processes, offering both academic insights and actionable solutions.
