This study investigates strategies for personalized education management that are responsive to students' individual needs, emphasizing the significance of reforming existing educational practices to better accommodate learner diversity. In the context of evolving educational philosophies and global pedagogical trends, personalized education has gained prominence as a means of providing tailored learning experiences that consider each student's unique abilities, interests, and learning pace. The research examines the current state of personalized education management, including diverse implementation models, supportive policies, and practical applications in classrooms. It also identifies persistent challenges, such as limited teaching resources, uneven distribution of educational opportunities, and insufficient engagement from parents and society at large. To address these challenges, the study proposes a multifaceted approach. First, designing customized teaching plans that are responsive to student profiles enables educators to align instructional strategies with individual learning trajectories. Second, enhancing home-school collaboration ensures that students receive consistent guidance and support across different learning environments. Third, leveraging modern educational technologies, including adaptive learning platforms, digital assessment tools, and interactive content, can facilitate personalized learning at scale and provide real-time feedback to both students and teachers. By implementing these strategies, educators can more effectively meet the individualized needs of students, promote active and self-directed learning, and enhance overall educational quality. Moreover, personalized education management not only supports academic achievement but also fosters holistic student development, including critical thinking, creativity, and social-emotional growth. The findings underscore that personalized education requires coordinated efforts across institutional policies, classroom practices, technological innovation, and community engagement to achieve sustainable and meaningful outcomes.
