Research on Personalized Education Management Strategy Based on Students' Needs

Abstract

This study investigates strategies for personalized education management that are responsive to students' individual needs, emphasizing the significance of reforming existing educational practices to better accommodate learner diversity. In the context of evolving educational philosophies and global pedagogical trends, personalized education has gained prominence as a means of providing tailored learning experiences that consider each student's unique abilities, interests, and learning pace. The research examines the current state of personalized education management, including diverse implementation models, supportive policies, and practical applications in classrooms. It also identifies persistent challenges, such as limited teaching resources, uneven distribution of educational opportunities, and insufficient engagement from parents and society at large.
