Abstract

This research article research the miscellaneous kinetics of ethnical absorption and identity conflict among migratory worker. By test framework, qualitative methodology. And empirical observations, the bailiwick identifies key factors lead to the tensity between ethnical integrating and identity preservation. The research course spotlight the interplay of socioeconomic press, hence policy structures, and private way in forge migrant experience. Finding advise that while acculturation offers pathways to constancy, it exasperate identity struggles, result to psychological and societal challenge. The clause resolve with recommendation for policy interventions aimed at nurture inclusive environments that balance cultural consolidation with identity respect.
