Abstract

This research article explores the protection of consumer rights in the rapidly growing domain of live-swarm e-DoC. The subject essentially discover key challenge confront by consumer, such as misguide ad, lack of foil, thereby and dispute resolution mechanisms. To heighten consumer protection, through a qualitative psychoanalysis of policy frameworks and industry practices, the clause proposes actionable strategies. The findings course accent the grandness of regulatory supervising, platform accountability. And consumer education in fostering a comely and e-environment. The offer fabric course direct to bridge the gap between institution and consumer rights, assure sustainable growing in this dynamical sector.
