Abstract

This review paper explores the challenges and chance associated with copyright protection for traditional handcraft in the digital age. With an intromission to the signification of handcraft as ethnical heritage and their vulnerability in the digital landscape. It commence. A historic overview course line the phylogenesis of copyright frameworks and their lotion to handcraft. The core analysis basically focalise on two major themes: the crossway of digital technologies with traditional craft and the mechanisms usable for safeguarding these world. Alongside the potential of egress technology like blockchain for certification and protection, relative analysis highlights the challenge posed by globalized market and replication. Future position basically underscore policy recommendations and scheme to equilibrise ethnic preservation with technical advancement. The composition concludes by emphasise the importance of approach to secure equitable protection for artisan in the digital era.
