Article Processing Charge

Transparent pricing for sustainable open access publishing.

Open Access Commitment: All articles published in our journals and proceedings are open access and freely available online immediately upon publication. We guarantee that no university library or individual reader will ever have to pay subscription or pay-per-view fees to access our content.

To sustain this model, we apply an Article Processing Charge (APC). This fee covers the range of publishing services we provide, ensuring high-quality production and dissemination.

Services Covered by APCs
Editorial Tools: Provision of online submission and tracking systems for authors and editors.
Production & Hosting: Professional formatting, XML conversion, PDF production, and secure server hosting.
Indexing & Archiving: Liaison with major abstracting and indexing services to ensure visibility.
Customer Support: Dedicated administrative support for authors throughout the publishing process.
Fee Schedule

APCs become payable only after a manuscript has received editorial acceptance in principle following peer review. Formatting checks will commence once the fee is paid.

Country Category (Based on GNI) APCs (GBP £)
High-income Countries £ 799
Upper-middle-income Countries £ 580
Low-middle-income Countries £ 429
Low-income Countries £ 269

* Authors will be charged according to their country's economic classification (GNI per capita). Please refer to the World Bank List for official data.

Printed Hardcopies
Authors wishing to receive a printed hardcopy of the journal issue may order one for an additional flat fee (covering printing and international mailing). This fee is separate from the APC and does not vary based on word count or the use of color figures.
Payment Methods & Security

Detailed payment instructions will be sent to the corresponding author immediately upon acceptance of the manuscript. We support the following secure payment methods:

Credit Card / PayPal
Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Amex
Bank Transfer
International Wire Transfer / E-check

Security Recommendation: For enhanced security, we highly recommend using PayPal. As a global leader in online payments (available in 190+ countries), PayPal ensures that your credit card details are never exposed to SOAP (the publisher), minimizing the risk of unauthorized use.
