This paper explores innovative approaches to optimize healthcare support services in clinical settings, focusing on three critical domains: advanced sterilization technologies, interdisciplinary medical care models, and digital medical record systems. First, addressing the limitations of traditional sterilization, the study proposes the implementation of cutting-edge solutions, including hydrogen peroxide plasma, UV-C combined with photocatalysis, supercritical CO2 (SC-CO2), and nano-antibacterial coatings, to enhance sterilization efficiency, reduce equipment damage, and ensure patient safety. Second, to improve chronic disease management, the paper critically evaluates current practices and introduces the "Nutrition-Pharmacy-Dietary Integration (NPD)" collaborative model, leveraging intelligent information-sharing systems to provide personalized, cross-disciplinary patient care. Finally, to resolve inefficiencies and security risks in current electronic health records (EHR), a "Smart EHR" solution is proposed, integrating Artificial Intelligence (AI) for automated medical record entry, blockchain for data security and cross-institutional sharing, and cloud computing for real-time accessibility. Ultimately, the synergistic application of these innovations aims to significantly improve clinical operational efficiency, elevate the quality of patient care, and drive the digital transformation and sustainable development of medical institutions.References
