Abstract

Education is a fundamental priority for the nation and the state. Fostering virtue through education (Lide Shuren) constitutes the core task of higher education and defines the developmental trajectory of university education through management in the new era. This paper clarifies the connotation of education through management in universities under contemporary circumstances. Guided by the "Three-wide Education" concept (encompassing the full staff, the whole process, and all-round education), it analyzes existing challenges in current administrative practices. The study asserts that education through management should be manifested through the involvement of all staff, applied across all dimensions, and integrated throughout the entire educational process. Ultimately, this paper explores the construction of a long-term mechanism for university education through management characterized by universal participation, comprehensive coverage, and whole-process integration.
