Abstract

This review examines the integration of humanistic care into university career education, focusing on its impact on student employability, psychological well-being, and long-term career development. Drawing on theoretical frameworks and current practices, the review highlights how humanistic-care-oriented programs enhance soft skills, resilience, career confidence, and ethical awareness. The analysis also identifies challenges in implementing these approaches, including institutional limitations, insufficient trained staff, and curriculum integration, and proposes strategies such as policy support, professional development, and digital tools to overcome these barriers. The findings underscore the importance of adopting a student-centered, holistic approach that balances technical preparation with emotional, social, and ethical competencies, ultimately fostering responsible, adaptable, and satisfied graduates capable of navigating complex labor markets.
